Upload avatar from computer

Avatars are pretty limited when you consider that our only options are to either use a link from another site (e.g.- Photobucket) or to choose from the avatar gallery. The majority of forums I've been at allow users to upload avatars from their computer.

Would you consider enabling his option. Since this a free forum host, there won't be much concerns about bandwidth usage. Just have a rule against profane or suggestive avatars.
